Tottenham make new bid for teenage Croatian Alen Halilovic

Tottenham have made a new £17m bid for Dinamo Zagreb youngster Alen Halilovic. Spurs had an offer rejected for the 17-year-old and any future move will depend on how much playing time the Croatia international will receive.
